Our Hybrid training session combines the core movements typically found in competition-style fitness races (like HYROX), and it is designed to challenge and improve endurance, strength, and mental toughness.
Participants will engage in a variety of exercises such as running, rowing, skiing, sled pushes/pulls, farmers carry, and more—movements that mirror those found in high-intensity fitness competitions.
Led by Bruno (Kickboxing Cambridge head coach) and assisted by Megan, an experienced sports therapist, runner, and hybrid athlete, this session offers expert guidance on both the technical aspects of each movement and the mental focus required to perform under pressure.
Bruno and Megan recently competed in their first competition of this kind in HYROX Stockholm, completing it in 1 hour 6 minutes 37 seconds, placing in the top 9% of the mixed doubles category.
In just 55 minutes, participants can expect an intense, high-energy workout that will challenge their bodies within a supportive and motivating environment. Whether training for a specific event or simply aiming to push personal boundaries, this session will leave participants feeling accomplished, empowered, and ready for the next challenge.
