I hereby accept the Kickboxing Cambridge terms and conditions stipulated within the above Kickboxing Cambridge Terms and Conditions document. I understand that by not agreeing with these terms and conditions, I should refrain from further use of the Kickboxing Cambridge facilities and all its services.

I hereby understand and accept that this form shall constitute a binding contractual arrangement between the applicant and Kickboxing Cambridge manager, upon these Terms and Conditions.
