These classes are structured to assist students developing and building a practical range of general fitness and Kickboxing skills.
The classes emphasize respect for others in a casual but disciplined environment. The training will help develop coordination, flexibility, fitness and build confidence.
The sessions involve a strong foundation of Kickboxing to develop great coordination, balance, footwork, practical offensive and defensive skills with a great fitness base.
From fitness to personal development, the Kickboxing classes will help all students to develop important life skills.

We are making all efforts to deliver all our Kickboxing lessons in a safe environment both for participants and instructor while we keep the same fun and engaging atmosphere.
Our group sessions are still a great way to stay committed, find new friends, and have a great time whilst working out.
Experience the power of one of our group sessions where we incorporate a variety of exercises that combines body weight drills and Kickboxing techniques in a high-intensity workout.

In just 55 minutes, participants can expect an intense, high-energy workout that will challenge their bodies within a supportive and motivating environment. Whether training for a specific event or simply aiming to push personal boundaries, this session will leave participants feeling accomplished, empowered, and ready for the next challenge.

All memberships are billed monthly at the start of each calendar month. Please note that we require one month’s notice for cancellations.
All members must hold a Kickboxing GB Student Insurance policy (£13 per year) and have their own boxing gloves and Kickboxing shin pads.
Monthly memberships may include any mix of Kickboxing sessions and Hybrid sessions.
