Beginner's Kickboxing
Learn and Improve your basic skills
What can you expect in your first class with us?
The classes will always have a similar structure, starting with a warm up, mobilisation drills and stretching.
For the technical aspects, you will learn the fundamental techniques of Kickboxing (fighting stance, footwork, strike and defence methods).
From here you will get your gloves on and pair up with the other members of your class, putting the technical aspects to use through some sport specific drills.
No previous experience necessary.
