We’re still here to help our students and all future participants. That’s why we are bringing you Kickboxing Home: an exciting range of drills and workouts suitable for complete beginners through to experienced students.
The content is currently accessible FREE of charge during this period to ensure we can help as many people as possible to stay home and stay active.
The drills can be practised in front of a mirror, using pads with a relative, partner or housemate or using a heavybag if you have one.
